Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms, vacuum packed in 40gr. pack
Hot Rehydration: Place the mushrooms in a pan of boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes.
Then carefully remove and rinse in cold water, drain and use as fresh mushrooms.
Cold Rehydration: Soak the mushrooms for 12hrs, overnight, in at least 5 times their volume of cold water.
Then carefully remove, drain and use as fresh mushrooms
Cooking suggestion: The rehydration water after passing through a strainer can be used as a base for other sauces.
