At the end of December 2015 was completed the wood inoculation phase with the variety of Shiitake, storing in the greenhouse a total of 45Tones of Oak and 30Tones of Eucalyptus.
With this result were completed five months of hard work in the forest, cutting, cleaning and preparing the wood logs.
