In January 2015 the company Estufas Minho finished the erection the first greenhouse for Shiitake production.
This greenhouse with a total area of 1,000m2 is composed of two halls with 10 meters of width each and 50 m long.
With a capacity to store up to 75 tons of timber, this production unit is expected to start operations in summer 2015
