In the middle of September the first harvests of Pleurotus Ostreatus were made.
The variety produced presented by the producer Gonçalo Cravo Sampaio Lda, have slightly gray colour, well formed and with a robust appearance
The bunches produced were abundant but well formed with an excellent appearance
